1. A full refund will be made if the client withdraws our services within 5 days of making the payments.
2. If the client chooses to terminate our services after 5 days then the client will be charged an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project. The balance will be returned to the client.
3. It will take 45 days to refund the amount.
4. Cancellation or renewal of any service should be initiated before 10 days of the next billing cycle.
Website/Graphic design
Full refund:
In case the project has not been started or if the mock design has not been approved/theme. The Full Refund will be initiated. It will take 45 days to refund the amount.
Partial refund:
If we will fail to deliver the project as per our delivery policy, after the approval of the initial design. A partial amount will be refunded in proportion to the work accomplished
No refunds:
If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server no refund will be made.
Logo design/brochure design
Full refund:
In case the project has not been started or if the initial design has not been approved. Then the full refund will be made.

If we fail to deliver the logo as per our delivery policy, after the approval of the initial design. A partial amount will be refunded in proportion to the work accomplished

In cases, the project has not been started and the client asks for a refund. The refund will be made
